I find it a cool coincidence that the strip where Audrey is explicitly acknowledged to be a sex worker just happened to fall on the same day as the third event by Stigma Unbound (a performance series showcasing the work of sex workers and allies), Stigma Unbound 3: Transgression + Consent. I mentioned attending their previous event in my last non-comic entry, Damning the Tree While Eating Its Fruit. I’ll of course be there tonight. It’s an important issue to me and I always enjoy the films and performances.

I also wanted to show off the great new “Polyamorous” button that arrived for me in the mail yesterday, the first delivery in a button shopping spree on Etsy. This button came from the ourbackpockets store. Check ’em out

I’m happy to introduce Deviant Life, this blog’s new official comic strip. I write them and D. White does the real work of drawing them. I’d draw them myself, except that in a drawing contest I’d place somewhere between a toddler with a crayon and a dying squirrel dipped in paint.

Deviant Life will mostly follow Audrey and her nesting partners, Isaac and Bernard. It’s my intention to post these every first and third Thursday of every month.
